When did you know it was time to retire? Was it hard? What did you do after Pole Vault?

Still haven’t retired and don’t intend to unless injuries force me to. Still enjoy everything that comes with the event. I work full time as a facilities manager for Puma and do sports massage in my spare time. Coaching 2 to 3 times a week.
