Returns & Exchange Policy
At X-Vault, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in accordance with UK consumer law and our policy below.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing (via email or contact form) within this period. You do not need to provide a reason for the cancellation.

2. Returning Goods
Once you’ve notified us of your intention to cancel, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging where possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return.

3. Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will include the original standard delivery charge (if applicable). If an enhanced delivery option was chosen, we will only refund up to the cost of standard delivery.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method. You may not receive the full refund if:

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to request a refund, replacement, or repair. We will cover the return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons, including:

Underwear, swimwear, and earrings (unless faulty).
